Founded in 1995, Viet Huong Flavour and Fragrances JSC has become a specialist in manufacturing flavours, fragrances, extracts, and seasonings. They continuously invest, innovate, and apply advanced manufacturing technologies while cooperating with international collaborations. These efforts have resulted in thousands of developed flavour formulas, serving hundreds of domestic and international brands.
Speaking at the anniversary, Mrs. Nguyen Thuy Quynh — CEO of Viet Huong Flavour and Fragrance JSC — recalled: “In 1995, upon graduating from General University of Ho Chi Minh City, I began my career with an aspiration: to contribute to the development of our homeland. I chose the fragrance and flavour industry as a bridge to bring the finest, most authentic Vietnamese essences to consumers.”
The 1995–2002 period was a challenging start, marked by limited staff and resources, yet driven by an unwavering spirit of determination. A major turning point arrived when the company partnered with Expressions Aromatiques (EA) – a prestigious French leader in the flavour and fragrance industry — and made the bold decision to construct its first factory in Vinh Loc Industrial Park.

This marked a pivotal transition from trading to manufacturing, showing Viet Huong’s determination to master technology and create Vietnamese-branded products. By 2009, Viet Huong achieved ISO 22000:2005 certification, affirming its product quality and steadily conquering increasingly stringent standards.
From 2010 to 2017, Viet Huong continued to expand its operation and prepare for a breakthrough: the inauguration of a large-scale factory at Long Hau Industrial Park. The factory operates in accordance with international standards, including a quality control system, R&D department, and state-of-the-art application laboratories. This leap forward has significantly elevated Viet Huong’s stature, positioning the company as one of Vietnam’s leading flavour manufacturers.
From 2018 to the present, Viet Huong has continuously expanded its R&D capabilities, collaborating with Korean partners to establish a specialized extraction factory for meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and spices. This strategic move aims to secure raw material supplies and diversify the product, catering to various sectors such as meat processing, sauces, dressings, snacks, and instant noodles.
